How status values work:
submitted: we have your submission, but admin hasn't confirmed it yet.
waitlist: both slots are filled, so you're queued.
confirmed: your slot is locked, and the $250 USDC upfront is paid or being paid.
completed: you hit $10K of attributed receipts, and the $2K commission cap is reached.

Verify on chain

Every payout includes a Base 8453 tx hash. You can independently verify against the Hive treasury wallet on BaseScan.
