How status values work:
submitted — we have your submission, admin has not yet confirmed.
waitlist — both slots are filled, you are queued.
confirmed — slot locked, $250 USDC upfront paid or being paid.
completed — $10K of attributed receipts hit, $2K commission cap reached.
