A hardware device rooted in a secure chip that pairs with a Circle Agent Wallet over NFC or BLE. It reads the wallet's real-time USDC balance across all 11 Gateway chains. Any stream of nanopayments above a threshold the operator sets needs a physical tap to release. Every approval is signed right on the chip, on the Aurora-Lattice sovereign substrate. It's shaped like a fob but looks and feels like enterprise hardware.
