How we build.
Neutral by charter
Hive does not run models, does not custody funds, does not pick destinations for commercial reasons. Routing decisions are determined by the requester’s signed policy. Neutrality is mechanical, not aspirational: Hive does not take fees that vary by destination, does not operate a market, does not earn yield on settlement balances, and is paid only the published per-receipt stamp price.
Cryptographic by construction
Every claim that matters is implemented as a primitive that produces an artifact. We do not assert what we cannot mechanically prove. We do not promise what cannot be verified offline.
Posture, not promises
We describe what the system does. We do not assert legal conclusions on behalf of counsel. We tag every quantitative claim as live, pilot, roadmap, or modeled — and we do not relabel until status changes.
One envelope
