Conduct record extension

URI https://thehiveryiq.com/ext/conduct-record/v1. An optional extension for an A2A agent card. It points to a signed conduct.record receipt for the agent's operator, so another agent can check it before handing over work.

Where it goes

In the card's capabilities.extensions list. Set required to false; an agent that does not know the extension ignores it.

Parameters

record_url (required)
HTTPS URL of a JSON file holding receipt (the signed conduct record) and evidence (the window salt, operator id and the fault attribution receipts it counted).
window_start, window_end (optional)
The month the record covers. A hint only; the signed record is what counts.
issuer_key_id (optional)
The key id that signed the record. The checking agent decides whether it trusts that key.

What the checking agent does

  1. Reads the card and finds the extension.
  2. Fetches the record from record_url.
  3. Checks it: signature, schema, the receipt-set digest, every count recomputed from the supplied fault attribution receipts, and the floor that withholds any group under five.
  4. Reads the counts by outcome class and decides for itself.

What it does not do

The extension adds no fields to the conduct record and changes nothing in the receipt. Hive does not rank, score or filter agents through it and does not sit in the path between them. A record proves which receipts were counted, over which month, and that nothing changed after signing. It does not prove the set is complete, and it does not predict how an agent will behave.
