How It Works

HiveSeal sits between your inference node and your pipeline. Before compute fires, after it returns, and at settlement — the device signs. Every time.

01 · BOND
Declare Before Inference
The calling agent sends identity and declared intent to HiveSeal via USB. The device generates a HiveBound pre-commitment envelope — agent ID, intent hash, bonded capital, timestamp — and signs it with the device private key.

02 · SIGN
Hardware Signs the Output
After inference returns, the output hash is sent to HiveSeal. The device signs it, producing a SHOD receipt. Hardware-signed, tamper-evident, and verifiable offline without contacting Hive. No software can produce this.

03 · SETTLE
Receipt Triggers Settlement
The complete chain — agent identity, declared intent, inference output — is hardware-rooted and settlement-ready. x402 rails release USDC on Base. Agent commerce with full chain of custody.
