notice, terminate — becomes a CBOR-canonical envelope dual-signed under
Ed25519 (RFC 8032) and ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204), party-identified via
did:hive (W3C DID Core 1.0), and anchored on Base 8453 with USDC settlement
via x402. Production rails are live across twelve named verticals, six
