Enterprise · AP-Ready · NET-30 Invoicing

Enterprise pricing
built for procurement.

Real payment rails, not a checkout demo. Hive runs on Stripe, Mercury USD wire, Square, and USDC on Base — whichever your AP department already knows. NET-30 invoicing, W-9 on request, MSA and DPA templates ready to redline. No friction between a signed PO and a live integration.

Subscription tiers

Three tiers. One rail.

All tiers include access to the same post-quantum receipt infrastructure. Tier selection determines volume ceiling, support channel, SLA commitment, and enterprise add-ons. Annual prepay locks the rate for 12 months.

Procurement Q&A

Questions procurement actually asks.

These are the questions Netskope, Cloudflare, and similar procurement reviewers have submitted or are likely to submit. Additional due-diligence documentation is available on request.

What is the legal entity and jurisdiction?

Hive Civilization, Inc. — a Delaware C-Corp. Incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Steve Rotzin, founder and CEO.

What is the tax ID (EIN)?

Available under NDA or as part of a countersigned order form. Email [email protected] with your organization name and request context.

What is the insurance posture?

Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage is planned. Current risk posture is documented at /security/founder-risk/. Procurement reviewers requiring insurance certificates should email [email protected] to discuss coverage timelines and available mitigants.

Where is data hosted and processed?

Infrastructure runs in the United States by default. Compute is hosted on Render; edge and DNS services are provided by Cloudflare. EU data residency is available for Enterprise tier customers on request — contact [email protected] to discuss regional deployment options.

Who are the sub-processors?

Current sub-processors: Render (compute infrastructure), Cloudflare (edge network and DNS), Stripe (card and ACH payment processing), Mercury (USD wire banking). Full sub-processor list is maintained at /security/. Enterprise DPA includes a sub-processor addendum with notification rights for material changes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Either party may terminate by providing 30 days written notice. No data deletion is initiated before the notice period expires. Annual prepay subscribers who terminate early do not receive a pro-rata refund unless otherwise negotiated in an Enterprise MSA. Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of any billing period with 30 days notice.

Does annual prepay lock the price?

Yes. Annual prepay locks the contracted rate for the full 12-month prepay period. Price changes during that period do not apply to prepaid annual subscribers until renewal. Volume discount rates are also locked for the prepay term.

What audit rights are available?

Enterprise tier customers may request an annual SOC 2 Type 1 readiness letter. Hive Civilization is on a published timeline toward SOC 2 Type 2 audit as revenue supports. Security posture documentation is available at /security/. For regulatory or government customers requiring additional audit rights, contact [email protected] to discuss accommodations in the MSA.

What are the uptime SLA terms and credit schedule?

Growth tier: 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Enterprise tier: 99.99% monthly uptime SLA. Downtime is measured as the total minutes in a calendar month during which the production API returns errors for more than 50% of requests, excluding scheduled maintenance (24-hour advance notice). Credits are issued as account credits in the following billing period: downtime between 99.9% and 99.0% threshold → 10% credit; below 99.0% → 25% credit; below 95.0% → 50% credit. Enterprise SLA credit schedule available in MSA.

What are the API rate limits?

Starter: 100 requests/second burst, 50 requests/second sustained. Growth: 500 requests/second burst, 250 requests/second sustained. Enterprise: custom rate limits negotiated per deployment profile. Rate limit headers are included in all API responses. Contact [email protected] to request a temporary rate increase for load testing or high-volume event windows.

Volume discounts

Scale changes the rate.

Volume discounts apply automatically to the per-verification rate on Enterprise tier. Thresholds are measured as average monthly verifications over the contract term. Annual prepay and volume discounts may be combined — contact sales for a blended quote.

Monthly volume Discount Notes
Up to 500K / month Standard rate Starter and Growth tier pricing applies
> 100M / month Custom Custom rate schedule, dedicated infrastructure, and CSM required. Contact [email protected].

Volume thresholds are calculated on a rolling 3-month average at the time of renewal. Contact [email protected] for a custom rate schedule if your expected volume exceeds 10M verifications per month.
