Real payment rails, not a checkout demo. Hive runs on Stripe, Mercury USD wire, Square, and USDC on Base — whichever your AP department already knows. NET-30 invoicing, W-9 on request, MSA and DPA templates ready to redline. No friction between a signed PO and a live integration.
Hive integrates directly with the payment infrastructure your AP team already manages. Choose the rail that fits your procurement workflow. All tiers except Starter support NET-30 invoicing on request.
Cards, ACH debit, and USD wire through Stripe. Primary self-serve rail for Starter and Growth tiers up to $50K/month. Instant card activation, ACH 2-day settlement.
Stripe-issued invoices available. Contact [email protected] for ACH or wire setup.
For AP departments that require a wire transfer workflow. NET-30 invoicing available. W-9 provided on request. Preferred rail for Growth and Enterprise invoices above $5K/month.
Routing and account details provided after countersigned order form. Email [email protected] to initiate.
Invoicing for SMB self-serve customers who prefer Square’s familiar invoice workflow. Suitable for Starter tier and month-to-month arrangements under $5K/month.
Request a Square invoice by emailing [email protected] with your contact and order details.
On-chain settlement for organizations managing treasury in stablecoins. Settles directly to the Hive treasury address on Base mainnet (chain ID 8453). Non-custodial — you retain the on-chain receipt.
Contact [email protected] before sending. Include your organization name and order reference in the tx memo field if your wallet supports it.
All tiers include access to the same post-quantum receipt infrastructure. Tier selection determines volume ceiling, support channel, SLA commitment, and enterprise add-ons. Annual prepay locks the rate for 12 months.
All prices in USD. Annual prepay available at same monthly rate, locked for 12 months. Volume discounts apply above 1M verifications/month — see the discount schedule below. Taxes not included where applicable.
Every document your procurement team will ask for is either ready or on a defined timeline. Email [email protected] with your PO and we will return a countersigned order form within one business day.
These are the questions Netskope, Cloudflare, and similar procurement reviewers have submitted or are likely to submit. Additional due-diligence documentation is available on request.
Hive Civilization, Inc. — a Delaware C-Corp. Incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Steve Rotzin, founder and CEO.
Available under NDA or as part of a countersigned order form. Email [email protected] with your organization name and request context.
Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage is planned. Current risk posture is documented at /security/founder-risk/. Procurement reviewers requiring insurance certificates should email [email protected] to discuss coverage timelines and available mitigants.
Infrastructure runs in the United States by default. Compute is hosted on Render; edge and DNS services are provided by Cloudflare. EU data residency is available for Enterprise tier customers on request — contact [email protected] to discuss regional deployment options.
Current sub-processors: Render (compute infrastructure), Cloudflare (edge network and DNS), Stripe (card and ACH payment processing), Mercury (USD wire banking). Full sub-processor list is maintained at /security/. Enterprise DPA includes a sub-processor addendum with notification rights for material changes.
Either party may terminate by providing 30 days written notice. No data deletion is initiated before the notice period expires. Annual prepay subscribers who terminate early do not receive a pro-rata refund unless otherwise negotiated in an Enterprise MSA. Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of any billing period with 30 days notice.
Yes. Annual prepay locks the contracted rate for the full 12-month prepay period. Price changes during that period do not apply to prepaid annual subscribers until renewal. Volume discount rates are also locked for the prepay term.
Enterprise tier customers may request an annual SOC 2 Type 1 readiness letter. Hive Civilization is on a published timeline toward SOC 2 Type 2 audit as revenue supports. Security posture documentation is available at /security/. For regulatory or government customers requiring additional audit rights, contact [email protected] to discuss accommodations in the MSA.
Growth tier: 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Enterprise tier: 99.99% monthly uptime SLA. Downtime is measured as the total minutes in a calendar month during which the production API returns errors for more than 50% of requests, excluding scheduled maintenance (24-hour advance notice). Credits are issued as account credits in the following billing period: downtime between 99.9% and 99.0% threshold → 10% credit; below 99.0% → 25% credit; below 95.0% → 50% credit. Enterprise SLA credit schedule available in MSA.
Starter: 100 requests/second burst, 50 requests/second sustained. Growth: 500 requests/second burst, 250 requests/second sustained. Enterprise: custom rate limits negotiated per deployment profile. Rate limit headers are included in all API responses. Contact [email protected] to request a temporary rate increase for load testing or high-volume event windows.
Volume discounts apply automatically to the per-verification rate on Enterprise tier. Thresholds are measured as average monthly verifications over the contract term. Annual prepay and volume discounts may be combined — contact sales for a blended quote.
Volume thresholds are calculated on a rolling 3-month average at the time of renewal. Contact [email protected] for a custom rate schedule if your expected volume exceeds 10M verifications per month.
Enterprise quote requests go to billing. Sales and technical questions go to Steve Rotzin, founder. Both inboxes are monitored daily.
