HIVE RADAR™ / LIVE INFERENCE OBSERVATORY
The pulse of inference, with receipts.
See what Hive observed, when it happened, what evidence survived, and exactly where the record stops.

PROVIDER CONSTELLATION
One map. Every evidence state stays visible.
Recurring soundings, dated archives, credentials still needed, and unexercised paths belong on the same board. None are silently promoted to healthy.
SIGNED EVIDENCE VAULT
The provider record can disappear. The proof does not have to.
Radar preserves dated artifacts and exposes whether each archive is public, held privately, or absent.
UnavailableUnavailableOPTIONAL HIVE SIDECAR
Radar observes the path. SideCar makes the record portable.
Providers can appear in Radar without adopting Hive. When a buyer or provider chooses the Hive lane, the same request gains a precommitted, signed, offline-verifiable evidence bundle.
THE INSTRUMENT
Four primitives turn an observation into a portable record.
Each tile exposes a separate evidence function. A missing field stays missing, a failed check stays failed, and the bundle can be recomputed without calling Hive.
Fix the request before execution.
Canonical request, model selection, policy, and signer are digested before the provider path begins.
Record what the path returned.
Provider response, timing basis, identifiers, and unavailable fields are captured as explicit states.
Show the holes, not just the pass.
Observed fields are divided by planned fields. Unexercised controls cannot produce policy complete.
Verify the record offline.
Canonical JSON, signatures, digests, and verifier logic travel together without requiring the provider or Hive.
