Every rail Hive ships either operates today (LIVE), runs in pilot (PILOT), or sits on the roadmap (ROADMAP). No fake green lights. Sample request, sample response, and fallback behavior are spelled out below — the rail map, not a marketing matrix.

Hive is not a brochure. It is an operating network for agentic transactions — identity, intent, rubric, proof, sealing, signing, receipt, settlement, verification. Each card below is one rail.

Honesty disclaimer

What you see here is the truth. Rosetta and Prospector are operational internally but their public POST endpoints are pending (Stage 2 of operational-rails build). Receipt Emit is in pilot via stamp; the dedicated /v1/receipt/emit endpoint is Stage 2. Customer Dashboard JSON is LIVE and DB-backed; the rendered SPA at /t/<tenant>/dashboard now redirects from hive-passport to the site (Stage 3 promotion). Tenants Quote API and Briefings Intake API are LIVE. Hive-PQ is positioned only as a premium regulated mode, never the default rail. Standard for speed. PQ for permanence.
