Why 32 axes.

Defense in depth

Any 8 axes alone produce 256 bits of physical entropy. Compromise a substrate, lose a contributor — the envelope still carries provable randomness.

Audit-friendly

Every axis is independently verifiable. Auditors can replay the contribution from any single source against the published aggregator.

Patent-pending combination

The 32-axis aggregation, the cross-lattice correlation axes, and the dual-signature envelope shape are filed under provisional patents.
