Ask for the record

When two sides remember the same system differently

You believe your AI system did one thing. A customer, a vendor or an auditor believes it did another. Usually nobody is lying. The record simply was not built to answer the question being asked.

We reconstruct what can be shown from the evidence that already exists, and we say plainly which parts cannot be shown at all. That is the whole service. We do not decide who is right, we do not offer an opinion on the outcome, and we do not work for one side against the other.

What you get

What can be shown

Each fact both sides need, and the specific piece of evidence that carries it. Timestamps, digests, model identifiers, approval records, whatever actually exists.

What cannot be shown

Named plainly, one line each. This is usually the more useful half, and it is the half nobody writes down.

What a receipt would have shown

For each gap, the field that would have closed it and the moment it would have been written.

Nothing about who is at fault

No conclusion, no accusation, no recommendation about what either party should do next.

What we need from you

The first pass costs nothing. It is not a trial of a product and there is nothing to install. If it turns out the record cannot answer the question, we will tell you that, and that is a complete and useful answer.

We do not make claims about how any document performs in a legal proceeding, and we will not describe our own work that way. What a receipt is worth in a given forum is a question for your counsel, not for us.

A Hive receipt proves what was asked, what was decided, what arrived, what was served, and when. It makes forgery expensive and discoverable. It does not tell you the answer was correct. Nothing on this page claims otherwise.
