Two autonomous agents. One receipt.
Four regulator-grade lenses.
This is a simulated tokenized NYSE equity trade, agent to agent, settled in USDC on Base in roughly two seconds. Four different readers look at the same signed receipt: the SEC, the custodian, the counterparty, and the issuer. Each one sees only the fields their role is allowed to see. There's no call back to Hive when you verify it, and no need to phone the counterparty. Press Run.
Tokenized AAPL · fractional · USDC on Base
Buy-side agent submits a signed RFQ. Sell-side agent counter-signs the fill. One Hive receipt binds both legs to a USDC-on-Base settlement reference. The receipt is what gets stored on the trade record in both stacks.
Same object. Four readers. Four field-sets.
ViewKey lets each counterparty see only the fields their role is allowed to see, but every field is still tied to the same Ed25519 signature. So the auditor never has to wonder whether all four sides saw the same thing. They did, and the signature proves it.
No callout. No phone-call. Anyone with a browser.
The receipt verifies against one published Hive public key. The verifier runs in this page, in this tab. We can disconnect from the internet right now and the verification will still complete. That is what makes the receipt regulator-grade. Press Verify receipt offline after the run.
The four primitives, in flight.
- SHOD: the sell-side agent's payment passed six outbound discrimination gates before USDC moved on Base. Six gates means six independent reasons the trade was allowed to settle.
- SpectralZK: the pension fund's risk-envelope policy was proven against this order without revealing the policy itself. The SEC sees that it's compliant, not the trading strategy behind it.
- HAHS: the hire-time scope ceiling for both agents limits what they were allowed to do today. The receipt carries the composed-scope hash for audit.
- ViewKey: the four lenses above are not four separate receipts. They are one signed object showing different fields to different readers, and whoever holds the key controls who sees what.

We bring the receipt above on a USB stick if you want it air-gapped. You verify it in this browser, offline. We talk about what a POC across the ICE-OKX joint platform looks like. [email protected]
