Inside ICE: Sales, Licensing and audit
For ICE Data Services · Private
Hive keeps a signed record beside ICE's systems. It never sits in the path. If Hive stops, nothing at ICE stops.
Our map, built from what ICE has said in public. Nothing here is connected to ICE.
ICE doesn't need dozens of separate receipts. It needs one record of evidence, kept beside its systems, that covers who was entitled, what data went out, what the AI said, what was delivered, what matched, and what a customer can check. Entitlements, the focus ICE named, is where it would start. Every receipt in it checks on one page.
One record, six areas
The receipt types underneath change from area to area. What stays the same is the record, the signing, and the one page anyone can use to check a receipt. Pick a surface to open it in the catalog.

Same record
Which inputs fed each value, and what the value was at the time it went out.
Same record
What an assistant or voice answer said, what it was built on, and whether a quote was cut.
Inside ICE: Product and AI
Same record
What was handed over, to whom, and when, from feeds to loan files.
Same record
What matched across two systems, and where the first difference appeared.
Same record
What a client, auditor or examiner can check for themselves, without asking ICE.

New this week
Each of the five is built from receipt types Hive already runs, so nothing new has to be invented. Hive works beside ICE's systems, after the fact, and holds fingerprints only. Pick one to open it in the catalog.
When a commentary, a clip or a phone call says it came from ICE data, these show who or what produced it, whether a quote was cut from something longer, and what each side of a call said, turn by turn. The button below runs all three against the live service from your browser.
This is a made-up call. Only fingerprints are sent. Hive signs these receipts with its own key, so they are not an independent witness. A receipt shows what existed, when, and that it hasn't changed. It doesn't show the words were true or that a call met a legal requirement.
The catalog
Each surface quotes ICE's own words, then lists the canon primitives that fit, what each does, and what its receipt holds. Entitlements was named as the first focus. Nothing has been agreed. Every surface below has primitives that run on Hive today. Purple marks client value.
MCP agents
A made-up agent at a client firm asks the ICE MCP connector for something its license doesn't allow. Press play. Each step names the primitives at work and leaves its own receipt. ICE's rules and the client's people make every call. Hive records each one.
Each receipt includes the fingerprint of the one before, so changing one step breaks every step after it. Fingerprints are worked out in your browser with SHA-256 and are not signed. In a pilot, Hive signs each one with a key Hive holds, so it isn't independent yet.
Inside ICE
We talked about the sales team. Here's where the canon could help them, and a few other teams too.
True everywhere on this page
These are 44 of the primitives in the Hive canon. Pick any surface or team and we can sketch it the same way: one path, with a receipt for every step.
