How it decides where to send it
Entitlement and dashboard receiptsChecked right here in your browser against the pinned demo key. Nothing leaves the page.
Media, clip and voice-call receiptsSent to Hive's live receipts service, and the signature is also checked in your browser against Hive's published key.
Typed receiptsSent to the open check route for that receipt type. No account or key is needed to check.
ICE delivery recordsThese carry two signatures, so they open in the delivery checker that checks both.
What a check means
- "Matches what was signed" means the receipt hasn't changed since it was signed. It doesn't mean what it records was right.
- Hive holds the signing keys used here, so these are not independent witnesses. In production, who holds the key is agreed up front.
- Samples are made-up examples. Nothing here is connected to ICE.
