Wearables turn body telemetry into AI claims: readiness scores, AFib flags, RPM alerts. Hive proves a reading came from a real on-body sensor on the real person, in an unspliced stream, without ever ingesting the raw signal. Anyone can check it offline.
Where Hive fits
The raw signal never touches Hive. The device signs a receipt that binds the reading to the sensor, the person, and the moment. Your model's recommendation can then reference a reading that is provably real. On-body presence is discontinuity detection, not biometric identity, and Hive does not diagnose.
Privacy
The signal stays device-side. Only signed receipts leave the device. Receipts verify offline, so a regulator or an opposing expert can check them without your data.
Explicitly scoping, not built
Consent receipts, credentialed clinical review, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and live hardware feed integration are scoping and integration items unless built for you. We do not imply FDA clearance or HIPAA certification.
