How it stays out of the way
Captured from existing workRecords come from the native tools as they are used. In the agreed test workflow the target is zero extra steps for receipting. That's a target to measure, not a measured result.
People only for exceptionsA person is asked to act only when the business process already needs an approval, or when something doesn't match. A receipt never replaces an approval the process requires.
Native systems stay in chargeIf a captured record and the native record disagree, the difference is shown. Hive never overwrites the source.
A receipt shows what was recorded, when, and that it didn't change. It doesn't show that a promise was wise, lawful or understood, or that a click amounts to a legal agreement. Hive never decides, blocks or sits in the path, and it holds no business data. Internal evidence in a real deployment is restricted by role and purpose; this page shows only fictional records.
